Preorders:
Presale pins can take anywhere from 3-9 months to arrive in hand. Larger more complex pins take a longer time due to the complexity and size of the pin(s). Production time can be delayed from global pandemics, weather conditions, holidays, etc.
There are no refunds for preorder purchases, as the money is allocated to the production process.
Presale buyers will receive best in batch quality.
If you cannot wait, I recommend waiting for in hand sales if available.
In the process of translating digital art into enamel pins there may be differences in colors from the proofing to the in hand design. Effects will also alter the coloration of the design.
Please keep this all in mind as you preorder.

Grading:
Standard/A Grade: A grade pins consist of 1-2 minor flaws. Please keep in mind pins are hand made ny real people, and can vary in condition. Minor flaws include, uneven enamel, stray glitter, specs on the plating or enamel, etc.
B Grades: B grades consist of 2-4 flaws. These may be noticeable from a distance. Flaws include scuffed enamel, missing charms, overfill or underfill areas, etc.
C/D Grades: These pins will contain noticeable flaws. Flaws such as missing print, chipped enamel, dust, scratches, incorrect colors, etc.
Flawed: Flawed pins will differentiate from C/D grade pins as they have a uniform consistent flaw in the pin. This is typically due to an issue in the manufacturing process.
Replacements:
If your preorder has any major flaws, please rrach out as you are entitled to a replacement. However, you must reach out within 3 days of receiving your pin(s) according to your tracking information. I cannot guarantee a replacement in every case. Replacements will require you to ship me the original pin back. I will not cover the cost of shipping for the returning mail.
I will not ship your replacement until I have received the original pin.
Drop Buddies/Cancelations:
Drop buddies are more then welcome to participate, however I will not combine shipping. I do not accept any cancelations. Please comitt to purchase.
Address Changes:
Please reach out asap on any needed address changes. Assume that your address change has not been made if you have not received a reply from me. In the event, I miss your email please resend. Please do no wait last minute. Reminders when the pin is in hand will also be greatly appreciated.
Shipping:
I try my best to ship pins out as soon as possible as effectively as possible. This means there may not be combined shipping available in some cases. I will ship all packages in bubble mailers via USPS. I typically ship within 1-2 days, however, in high volume sales please expect packages to go out within a week. If there are any issues in the shipping process please reach out.
